- Council seat from Birney currently held by Yulberton (Alec) Sandcrane
- Council seat from Busby currently held by R. D. Bailey
- Council seat from Lame Deer currently held by Jule Spang, Sr.
- Council seat from Muddy currently held by George Scalpcane
- Trial Judge's seat currently held by John Robinson
- Trial Judge's seat held by Roni Rae Brady

The committee members from Ashland and Birney serve through the regular 2012 election (and until their successors are appointed). The committee members from Busby, Lame Deer and Muddy serve through the regular 2014 election (and until their successors are appointed). Should a vacancy arise on the Committee between Council meetings. It can be filled by the President temporarily pending formal concurrence by the Council.
